MSLAM Interface

MSLAM (Monitoring & Service-Level-Agreement Management Platform) uses well known open-source components to provide a familiar interface that you can start using right away. Grafana displays your custom built dashboards to present the Prometheus metrics gathered by our various exporters. AlertManager connects to the system to provide you with context-aware email and text alerts that bring issues to your attention before they cause harm to your services.

Event Consumption

Jirotech leverages events to monitor the performance and current state of your platform as well as any SLAs you may have attributed with it. MSLAM supports a PostgreSQL database coupled with tailored event handlers which store your events for analysis. The data from these events is then computed, to provide detailed insights into how your platform is performing. These insights are accessible through the Grafana front-end, where you can view real-time dashboards displaying the past and current status of your platform and SLA.

Enhanced Intelligence & Prediction Analysis

After using any monitoring platform for a few months you'll notice yourself in a trend of checking particular dashboards each week to make sure your platform is performing as expected. Jirotech will work with you to create intelligent alerts that notify you when that graph you're always double checking is misbehaving. Our expert engineers use seasonality with Prometheus to create intelligent alerts and dashboards that map past trends in data to predict how your platform will behave, and uses that data to alert you about abnormal behaviour before it impacts your services.
